We stock all popular types of tiles in the categories listed below.

PEI Rating. Tiles have different PEI (hardness) ratings which should be taken into consideration when making your selection. We would be pleased to assist you.

Glazed - This is the most common type used for today's floors and walls in both residential & commercial applications. The advantages:

  • Resistant to stains
  • Resistant to scratches
  • Fire resistant
  • Not faded by sunlight
  • Resistant to slipping
  • Easy to keep clean

Unglazed - No glazing or coating is applied to this type of tile. Colors are uniform throughout the tiles which results in a durability that resists the effects of heavily trafficked areas.

Natural stone -

Wood Flooring

We stock all popular wood flooring systems. Please come and visit our showroom to select your material.

  • Solid (unfinished & prefinished) nail-down only - use for above ground, or sub-floors; requires correct expansion allowances between vertical walls
  • Longstrip (pre-finished) float, and/or nail-down - used for all grade levels on wood sub-floors and/or concrete slabs
  • Engineered (pre-finished & unfinished) float, or nail-down - use for any grade level on wood sub-floors and/or concrete slabs

We'll help you select the carpet style that fits your needs. There are four common styles

  • Texture: Create a relaxed look with smooth, twisted yarns.
  • Loop: Use uneven loops for texture, level loops for durability.
  • Pattern: Create dramatic visuals with varying loop and cut height and color.
  • Twist: Go for a soft, casual look with long cut piles called frieze.

We'll also help you pick your carpet fiber:

  • Nylon: Durable, resilient and receptive to dyeing for color versatility and uniformity. Although not inherently stain resistant, most nylon carpets feature a stain resistant treatment.
  • Polyester (PET): Offers exceptional softness and color clarity, and also naturally stain and fade resistant. Thanks to technology advances in yarn processing and improved construction techniques, polyester's purported weakness as a high performance fiber has been largely overcome. Today's polyesters perform much better than in past years. They typically represent a good value.
  • Polypropylene (olefin): Will not absorb water and must be solution dyed to impact color. Color will not fade, even when exposed to sunlight, bleaches or other harsh chemicals. Normally used in loop pile.
